1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

2. Non-returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

• Pacifiers

• Bottles

• Personal care products

• Other items marked as “non-returnable” in the product description

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Send an email to contact@aiglobalg.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. We will reply with return instructions and the appropriate shipping address.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund within 5 to 7 business days using the original payment method. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
